What We Build

Education Spaces

We build transportable OSM education spaces. Our warm, modern and comfortable classrooms are a cost effective solution for public and private education providers. We are approved to build for the Ministry of Education through our partnership with Fitzgerald Construction.

Apartment Buildings

We construct pre-designed volumetric modules, with the capacity to be stacked up to nine stories high. Manufactured in our production factory, the OSM modular process provides timeline reduction and budget efficiencies for property developers.
